Pages Not Being Displayed Properly
This error is more likely on a Mac, particularly if the Cache Preferences in your browser have not been set to "Always Update Pages" (under the Advanced menu option). If it occurs on a PC using IE, please go to Tools->Internet Options (on the menu bar), then under the 'General' tab, click Settings (for Temporaray Internet Files) and make sure the 'Check for newer versions of stored pages:' is set to 'Every visit to the page'.

Searching Does Not Seem to be Working
It's possible the search server is down for a brief time. Please notify us if you encounter any problems in which you can't get to a particular area of the web site.
