The manual has been written
by Christian Guthrie of UK Flooring Consultancy Timber Floor
Technology. Christian has more than eighteen years experience
in the hardwood flooring industry having been involved in
flooring manufacturing, distribution, estimating, contract
management and installation as well as consultancy and expert
witness work for Civil Court. Christian produces in-depth
reports on problems floors and advises a broad range of clients
including many blue chip companies on specification, installation
and remedial work.
In researching the manual, Timber Floor Technology
consulted with organisations in the specialised fields of
Wood Science, Construction technology, Under-Floor Heating,
Adhesives, Finishes & Building Moisture.
